Human Evolution Labs is a physical training facility where our mission is to
develop a higher level of fitness for each individual. Our contention is that fitness is a part of
the health spectrum; sickness is below average health, wellness is average
health, and fitness is above average health.
The goal is to evolve the individual up the health spectrum from sick to
well and from well to fit.
To accomplish this mission we utilize three foundations in training; teamwork, fortitude, and virtuosity. Teamwork is the community that makes us a Team, the accountability that keeps us aware of our goals, and the push we need when the workouts get tough. Fortitude is certainly necessary for the daily training hour but it has more of a function during the 23 hours you are away from the your Team. Fortitude is your mental strength. Virtuosity is performing the common uncommonly well. That is to say, virtuosity is awareness of each moment and striving for excellence within those passing moments.
