General Information

Boot Camp - All potential new members must complete the four week Boot Camp before joining the facility as a member.  Membership allows the athlete to participate in CrossFit Workouts, Special Courses, and Member Trips.   

Restricted Access
- The 8:30AM Monday - Friday training hour is an invitation-only training team.  To gain access to this hour block, please submit a request to the Head Coach.

Private Instruction - Private instruction at CrossFit Human Evolution Labs is very different than the personal training offered at other gyms.  Our goal is to develop ELITE fitness in our clients.  Most of the athletes who require private instruction are sport specific and high performance.

CrossFit Workout - Far different from your typical aerobics, step, or spinning class, this is your chance to "Go Hard or Go Home."  Our CrossFit Workouts are 60 minutes long and consist of two components: Warm-up, skills practice, movement prep & stretching, followed by THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD).  We place a heavy emphasis on mechanics and form to ensure your confidence, safety, and results.  Participation in these workout require membership and therefore a successful completion of the Boot Camp which gives the athlete a good foundation for CrossFit training.  You'll be challenged with athletic, functional movements, bodyweight calisthenics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Basic and Advanced Level Testing - During these times members may come to the facility to test for their next level.  If a member is currently a Recruit, they should show up during the Basic Testing times.  If you are a Basic, then test for your Advanced Level during the Advanced time.  The cost for this is $10/hour and can accommodate several athletes simultaneously.  Please schedule a time to test with the Head Coach.

Free CrossFit Workout - On Saturday at 1:00PM and Tuesday at 6:00PM, there is a FREE CrossFit Workout for those non-members who want to pledge to join the Team.  The Member Candidate Try-out workout is when individuals can meet the Team.  These workouts are scaled-down CrossFit workouts - just a taste of the real thing.

    If you looking to try Olympic weightlifting, Russian Kettlebell training, gymnastic rings, medicine balls, parallel bars, plyometrics, power lifting or any other training technique usually reserved for collegiate, Olympic, or professional athletes, this is your place.  We incorporate all of this and more into our courses and workouts.
