Rules for the Muscle-up
The Muscle-up must begin from the elbows locked out and externally rotated, in the common 'saluting' position. Toes must be pointed, ankles together, and knees locked out. There may be some flexion in the hip, but that flexion must be maintain through-out the movement. The Muscle-up must be performed 'dead-hang', with no kip - no knee or hip flexion. The movement ends when the elbows finish the lock out over the rings - the dip may not be kipped. The supported position must be held for one second to complete the Muscle-up. Teammates who have demonstrated a kipping Muscle-up are not listed.
