Get out and have fun with this one! I know many of you are wearing different types of 'body armor' - that is a great way to honor a hero. If you don't have a weight vest or even if you're doing modified pull-ups/push-ups, doing this workout with a group of serious athletes is honor in itself. This was Lt. Murphy's favorite workout! I hope everyone had a chance to watch the video that has been on the our main page - I will keep it up over the weekend too.
Our Team will start at HOME (CFHEL). This means you will be doing your pull-ups, push-ups, and squats at CFMLK. Chris has thinner pull-up bars - be advised. Also, your second mile will be BACK to CFHEL - that's uphill! You may partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats however you like but it is not mandatory.
