Step 1: Attend up to 4 Guest Workouts
Drop-in to one of the two Guest Workouts on the schedule (Tuesday or Thursday at 5pm) and the coach will have you sign a waiver and then lead you through a guest workout. Don't worry - we will scale anything we need to in order to make your experience intense and safe. If the Guest Workout hours do not work for your schedule, please contact the Head Coach to make arrangements. At least one Guest Workout is required before joining the Team. CrossFitters traveling from other affiliates are welcome to drop-in anytime for $20 or a t-shirt from your home facility.
Step 2: HEL Foundations Training
After 1-4 guest workouts you may choose a membership option and begin the Foundations Training process. Within the first two (2) months of your membership and before testing for the Basic Skill Level you are required to participate in nine (9) one-hour foundations training sessions. Each of the nine training hours must be satisfied before training with the Team or teaking the Basic Skill Level test. The nine hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6pm for three (3) weeks. They repeat every three weeks so if you miss a day, say Day 6, then you can make it up the next time Day 6 comes around (three weeks later). The cost for the three fundamentals sessions is $150 and billed at the start of the membership. Groups of two or more joining at the same time pay only $100 for the foundations sessions.
