OK - so you all helped me with a good resource for paleo thought yesterday. What about protein shakes? Do I recall Kevin saying that hemp was a good resource of protein? There are so many options out there - but seems like quite a lot of them would not be paleo.

Hey Sherri -
I just got some protein in that has no sugar in it. It's whey isolate and L-Glutamine. That's it, nothing else.

Im feeling f-ing good the last couple days. Eating paleo seems natural and the only thing I could go for is some 99% cacao.

Also, I've been Eating a lot of Dates. 2 to 3 servings. It's my paleo crack.

Wow...that's a lot of dates, Kevin! Are you just eating them straight or mixed into something?

2 or 3 dates straight. That's a serving right?
