Switch and do 10 Rounds
Take the Bridge – 5 MINUTE MAXIMUM TIME
4 Rounds of:
Run 100 Meters
20 Burpees
Sweep the Ship
4 Rounds of:
Walking Lunge 100 Meters
50 Push Ups
50 Sit Ups
Extract:
Mission Success – Celebrate, then begin to prepare for the next mission.
Mission Failure – Take a minute of silence in memory of every member of the team – in the lean and rest (push up position).
