Blast From the Past Week
Every workout this week has been done before. These are not Girl Benchmark workouts, but they are workouts that were created at sometime in the past. It is good to repeat workouts from time to time to check personal progress. The date that the original WOD was performed is noted as the title. This week is a salute to our plank owners - the originals who were here since May, June, and July. Many of you have never done these WODs before - that's OK! Just treat this like any other week of new workouts. In six months, the rookies will be the veterans and checking their own past times!
