CrossFit KIDS is here!
The first CrossFit Kids class will be held this Friday at 5:15. CFKids is a strength and conditioning program used by hundreds of people, ranging from young athletes to charter schools, to home schooled kids. We want our kids to grow up healthy and strong and have a life long love of working out. CrossFit changes lives, now we have the opportunity to shape lives. Come on by this Friday and check it out!
